Accept/Declines are anticipated to go out July 14th. CubeCon is a 4-day event that will consist of numerous events broken down into smaller shifts. Judges will be provided branded t shirts but will be expected to wear black pants/skirts/kilts and black shoes. Please ensure you wear comfortable, close-toed shoes that you can wear while on your feet for multiple hours. Shifts are approximately 5-hours in length and categorized as Floor Judge shifts, Logistics shifts, Set-up/Strike Shifts, and Standby Shifts. Based on the needs of the event, some shifts require more personnel than others.
Standby shifts are for specific days. Standby judges will be given a badge for the entire convention and are required to be on site and available during their assigned standby days. Standby judges will be further compensated only if activated.
Set-up/Strike shifts involve the physical labor of setting up and tearing down the event. You will be expected to safely lift up to 60lbs. These shifts are Wednesday afternoon and Sunday evening.

- Sunday – 3
Logistic shifts can include Cube check-in/out, working prize wall, aiding CubeCon staff in their duties, and potentially other duties. You may apply to work the following Logistics Shifts at CubeCon:
