Poiting out in the conclusion that the self-review is as much about introspection as it is about collaboration sounded fresh, simple, and true, making for a pleasant read.

The examples along the way (from not enough, to better, to good) are also insightful.

When you're talking about who the review is for, I think it could be worth mentioning also the L3+ that write your two recommendations. Excluding the RC, these are some of the few people involved with the process that should know you well.
