1. Assuming that the event (especially side event) won't start on time.
2. Assuming they know where pairings will be posted.
3. Not knowing which event they're playing in.
4. Missing the beginning of the round.
5. When they are late (e.g. everyone is seated) - ask a judge to help you
to your table.
6. Get new sleeves, shuffle before sleeving.
7. Bring a printed decklist (for constructed).
