hi guys!

A player have kitchen finks and melira, sylvok and viscera seer, and he wants to do scry, to find murderous redcap.
Can he find the card directly? if he do it, What do we do with the library?

Short answer is essentially yes, and you would be cutting the library so that redcap is on top and the rest of the cards remain in order. The long answer is better given in the thread.
