The second window for Exemplar recognitions is now open. Recognitions can be submitted by level 2+ judges through the new judge apps interface, accessible through the ‘Recognitons’ option on the menu on the left hand side.

Hi everyone.

Just a quick reminder - the deadline for Exemplar wave 2 recognition submissions is February 28th, which is this Saturday. If you have not made your submissions yet, you should do so as soon as possible. Late submissions will not be accepted to this wave, and will have to be submitted in a future wave instead.

Apparently , quite a number of judges had problems with submitting their Exemplar recommendations as they had assumed that the window closed at midnight CST and so missed it closing at midnight GMT. As many other things on judge apps operate on CST (event applications in particular), we've decided to reopen the window for two more days to give judges the chance to submit those recognitions.

The Exemplar Wave 2 window will close for the final time at 23:59 GMT Monday, March 2nd. There will be no further extensions or late submissions accepted past this deadline, so please get your recognitions in now via the recognitions tab.

Please spread this message widely.

Exemplar Wave 3 will open for recognition submition in the week following the Modern Masters 2015 Grand Prix, when we have time to write up a blog post explaining the changes that we are making. We've just set things in motion for collecting mailing addresses from judges recognised during Exemplar Wave 2, and there is also some information on this in the post.
