During a Regular REL draft, Nyle controls a Jeskai Infiltrator. During his main phase, Abel casts Lose Calm targeting Nyle's Infiltrator. Nyle is using green sleeves, while Abel is not using any sleeves, so they call a judge to ask what happens if the Infiltrator deals combat damage to Nyle. What happens when the Infiltrator's ability triggers, and how do you handle the difference in sleeving?

IIRC, Ownership of a card is just a fact, which is known, regardless of any status, zone, or other details that would otherwise cause it to be hidden information.

As an example, Homeward Path would still be able to function.

From the Oracle rulings:

11/24/2014: A card’s owner is public information at all times. If the two cards you exile are owned by different players (perhaps because you gained control of a Jeskai Infiltrator owned by your opponent), which card is which is no longer hidden from your opponent…

I imagine A would shuffle their top card and N's card, but be obligated to answer honestly and completely any questions about which was owned by whom, which would probably come up if A asked to unsleeve the Infiltator.
