Where exactly can I find the new docs?

The complete Magic Infraction Procedure Guide (which is stuff for judges,

The MTR is online now, expect the IPG to be up any time soon.

Jorge: That's probably because you have the page in NOT english. If
you set the page language to english, you'll see the actual documents.
The translated documents will be found on dcirules.org once the
translators get a chance to update them :D

I suspected as much but even If i choose english when the “select language/location” window pops up, I still get redirected to that page.

But that's more of a tech issue I believe, I have reported it through customer support ages ago but still remains.

Could i please get a link to the new JAR and CR? I usually go to http://www.wizards.com/wpn/Events/Rules.aspx?category=magic%3Athegathering to find documents, but they do not seem to be up to date. thanks!

Ryan is correct, there is no new JAR.

The JAR didn't change because it doesn't need to; the “only at Competitive and up” bit was actually in section 4.4 of the Tournament Rules, which outline who's responsible for triggers in tournament play. The new MTR simply removes any reference to that being dependent on REL, which means section 4.4 now applies to Regular as well.

…which lists all the tournament policy documents. Under there you will find links to the specific documents…

…and while the “Last Updated” field might show an older date, the most current document is actually listed there.
