WER - Round has not been completed

I have a problem with WER trying to input results for a PTQ.
I can't press “Start Playoff Parings” button without the message, “Round has not been completed. cannot eliminate players until all results are entered”. Here is the kicker: all the results have been entered. What is going on?

Yes I realize this isn't strictly speaking to do with CompREL but it is urgent…

Check the previous rounds. There might be a result missing (for what reason whatever, possible related to a drop/undrop)

Look at the previous rounds. One player seems to have been dropped and
one result has been deleted. It can be any round so you have to look
at all of them

I've moved this to Judging Technology, it doesn't matter how urgent something is, it needs to go in the correct forum. Realistically though, this forum is not going to be a real time support option for WER.

I had this happen once. We ended up doing the top8 manually (not hard at all in constructed as you pair on seedings) and just sent the whole lot in with the submission.
