**REMINDER** Under the new IPG (Competitive Events) - All forms of cheating require that the offender knew that his behavior was illegal. If this condition is not met, no DQ for cheating is appropriate, though there may well be a GPE. Please note, however, that Unsporting Conduct and Tournament Errors do not have this requirement of knowing that it was wrong. Please ask me or post if you have any questions! Thanks! -E
