I answer something, but I didn't want to answer that.

Hi everyone! Sorry for the last question, my english went bad.
But here I go again.
Situation, RPTQ, a nice place full with issues.
This one is actually fun, but not less important.
When you arrive to te table the situation is the active player want to counter a Remand after he fetch for an Island.
The game state is, active player has 1 island, 1 plains, has fetched for one more island and is trying to cast a spell that counter the remand of his oponent.
The other player is full taped and has drawn his card instructed by the remand.
The situation is weird because why the oponent drew a card meanwhile the active player was looking for a land.
The oponent told us that he ask to the active player if he can resolve his remand and he respond with a yes.
The active players says that theres no way that he wants to resolve the remand because he had a spell to counter the remand after he finish the island search.
A player approach to you and says that he was looking the game and listen how the active player respond to his oponent with a yes when he asked if he can resolve his remand, actually the question was, textually, “can I draw a card?”
You ask the players if this observer was looking his game and both of them answer you affirmatively.

With this information, what you do? Consider this, listening the players and the observers you already lost 5 minutes (you have to calm down the active player several times because he don't let you listen the other player and observer version)

Hoping to see your answers guys.

I answer something, but I didn't want to answer that.

I want to know what the active player thought he was agreeing to when he
said his opponent could draw a card.
No matter what the reasoning is for that agreement, it seems the active
player responded to the Remand by activating the fetch land, so the
nonactive player can't resolve Remand while the fetch ability is being
resolved.
This means that NAP has committed a Drawing Extra Cards infraction, however
he did confirm the draw with his opponent, which means we either simply
rewind the draw or leave the game state as it is. Since NAP is tapped out,
it's simple enough to put a random card from their hand on top of their
library as rewind of the draw, and then to allow AP to finish resolving the
fetch ability and also respond to Remand with that counterspell.

The nonactive player asked that, because the active player was taking a little more time to find his card, so he answered yes to something that he oponent ask, but his oponent and the observer give you the same information about the question.
Btw thanks for your answer.

I think all this was because the AP doesn´t play focused and he/she commited a poor attention and “crazy answer” of yes to something u was telling…
At this point, that can be interpreted as “i pass priority until all resolve to save time” soo i will thell:
-to AP: sorry, but u must play more focused and ear your oponent next time.
-to NAP: Pls, focus a bit more on comunication.
