Questions and concessions

Hello everyone!

My name is Ferran and I'm a L1 from Barcelona! Today I was talking with some friends and we were talking about how reading is overrated and jokingly he said that he didn't ever read the card Scapeshift , but when he cast it his opponents always scoop. Later on he said that sometimes his opponents asked him “It's over, right?” and he always answers “I don't know…”. And then he said that his oponents scooped many times without him having enough mountains on his deck to go for the kill.

Now, here comes the interesting part which I do not know the anwser: What Happens if Nathan asks “It's over?” but Alan knows that tere's not enough mountains in his decks to go for the kill and Alan answers “Yes”. Is this cheating? What's the best way to handle this if this happened in a tournament?

Thanks!

That's a legal bluff - Nathan shouldn't rely on Alan's accurate representation of private information. Instead, he can say “show me” - i.e., “call the bluff”.
