Rewinds Through a Game Loss

So what if a player extends their hand after attacks are declared and shakes their opponents hand saying “I think I'm dead” but then realizes they have a blocker available (lets say a dice they forgot was a flying token) and are able to block. Is a handshake a concession? Does the fact that they noticed something after shaking their opponents hand, while never explicitly stating they concede, change anything?

That's a player offering a shortcut and the opponent accepting, then the player wanting to take it back. It's the same as:

AP: “Pass turn”
NAP: “Ok” *untaps*
AP: “Wait, I forgot to play a land”

It would be solved the same way: If the opponent is ok with the tackback, allow it, otherwise it's done.
