Melira, Sylvok Outcast is given persist in some way and dies. When she returns she returns with a -1/-1 counter, and 112.6h does not apply, correct?

Tatterkite would invoke 112.6h, but not Melira?

She will enter the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter.

When a permanent is entering the battlefield, you process replacement effects affecting this event before it actually happens.

You take into account:
- replacement effects from objects already on the battlefield,
- replacement effects from the object entering the battlefield that affect itself specifically.

You do not take into account replacement effects created by the object entering the battlefield that affect a group of objects, even if the object itself happens to be in a group.

Melira affects a group, so she doesn't affect her own entering the battlefield.

Tatterkite affects itself specifically, so it affects its own entering the battlefield and will enter with no counters.
