Wild EvocationDisaster RadiusTelepathyIf an opponent controls Telepathy and the random card determined for Wild Evocation's trigger is Disaster Radius,
must the player cast Disaster Radius if he has a creature card in hand?
The cards in his hands are already revealed by Telepathy so that half of the additional cost is already met, does he now just have to choose one of the creature cards to cast Disaster Radius?
Or can a player refuse to choose one of them?
Must the player reveal a creature card (if he has one) when there is no Telepathy in play?
