Hi, will there be a comp rules update with the Conspiracy changes? The latest comprehensive rules are from 26th of August, but the app has the version from 22 July, and does not include stuff about becoming a monarch etc. Or are we waiting for the Kaladesh comp rules update?

On the Penalties page at the bottom, the notation is in defunct DCI-R form. Can it be updated to the following:

WLTR: Table # - P1/P2 - Judge (L, F) - Infraction (Penalty) - Comment
WER: Player (L, F) - Judge (F L) - Infraction (Penalty) - Comment

Thank you for all your work.

I noticed at GP that Oracle is not seeing Welcome Decks 2016 as a expansion at all thus some cards are incorrectly marked as a illegal in standard (eg. Shivan Dragon)

There is a crucial discrepancy in the MTR (Appendix E).

The official document has the following table:

The app shortens the table to the following:

The discrepancy occurs if you are running a 9-16 player Sealed PPTQ without a top 8 Draft. With the official document, you should be running it as 5 rounds with a top 4. However, if you reference the MTR via the app, you would be lead to believe it should be 4 rounds with a top 8.

This is an important error that should be adjusted.

On the Comprehensive Rules there is no entry for 702.1a. It currently just has an entry for 702.1 without the following section:
702.1a If an effect refers to a “ cost,” it refers only to the variable costs for that
keyword.

Example: Varolz, the Scar-Striped has the following ability: “Each creature card in
your graveyard has scavenge. The scavenge cost is equal to its mana cost.” A creature
card’s scavenge cost is an amount of mana equal to its mana cost, and the activation
cost of the scavenge ability is that amount of mana plus “Exile this card from your
graveyard.”

The Oracle text for Pyreheart Wolf does not display the update it received (changing its triggered ability).

FYI: This discrepancy is still present in Appendix E, even after the app updated with the April policy changes.
