I have a store that has an email from a wizards rep stating they can trade out a pack at regular. Kyle c. From wizards customer support stating they can allow players to swap out packs if the pod is aware and accepts it. Please advise.

As was discussed and linked to in this thread earlier today, multiple official sources have confirmed that this is not to occur at sanctioned events. A player's options are to draft a single card from a pack, or take the pack they have, any unopened packs in their possession, and any cards they have already drafted, and drop from the event.
