Hi!

Scale Blessing puts a +1/+1 counter on my smallest creature and then puts another +1/+1 counter on that creature. Will this cause Enduring Scalelord's ability to trigger twice?

Hi,

The Scalelord will trigger two times. Once, when the counter is added from the Bolster part of the Blessing resolving, and a second time, when the Blessing adds a second counter to the creature that was just Bolstered. The counters are added at different times while the Blessing is resolving, so the Scalelord's ability will trigger each time, for two total triggers.
