Maralen of the Mornsong and "tutoring" from the top of the library.

Nigel controls a Maralen of the Mornsong. On Aaron's upkeep, Aaron resolves an Ancestral Vision and proceeds to pick up at once the top three cards of his library and put them in his hand.
Nigel calls you over and explains you the situation.

- Would you rule that Aaron drew the cards and apply a HCE fix, or declare that Aaron decided to tutor the top unknown cards of his library, have him lose the life from Maralen, and have the game proceed from there?
- Is Aaron's actual intention relevant in this case (i.e. would you base your decision on what Aaron meant to do?)
- Does Aaron's knowledge (or lack thereof) of the top three cards of his library change anything to your ruling? (for example, if Aaron spun a Sensei's Divining Top in Nigel's last end step).

Thanks!

Maralen of the Mornsong does not entitle the player to tutor any number of cards while resolving Ancestral Vision. If the player draws three cards, they have committed HCE.
