New rule WRT replacement effects + "loses all abilities" - when?
Hey all! Some of you may be aware that there is a change to the rules concerning how “loses all abilities” (e.g. Blood Moon, Humility) interacts with replacement effects. For those unaware, “all abilities” now actually means “all abilities”, not “all abilities except for replacement effects”, and replacement effects will cease to occur.
My question is, when does this rules change come into effect? I'm judging a Legacy event on Sunday so I want to know if I should be enforcing the new rule or the old rule if it comes up.
