Turn and Huntmaster of the Fells

If the Transform trigger from Huntmaster of the Fells is on the stack, and a player responds with the Turn half of Turn//Burn, what does the creature look like once everything resolves?

I believe that you end up with a Ravager of the Fells which is a 0/1 Blue Weird, and don't trigger the “whenever this transforms, shoot something for 2” ability. This is based on rule 711.7:

When a double-faced permanent transforms, it doesn’t become a new object. Any effects that applied to that permanent will continue to apply to it after it transforms.
Example:
An effect gives Village Ironsmith (the front face of a double-faced card) +2/+2 until end of turn and then Village Ironsmith transforms into Ironfang. Ironfang will continue to get +2/+2 until end of turn.

Is this correct?

It's correct (except that it's red, not blue).

You look at the game state after the card has been tranformed to see what triggers. At that point, it's still affected by Turn's effect, and has no abilities, so nothing triggers.
