I have written an article on the history of IPG and its predecessor documents. It includes a commented log of changes from 2000 up to 2018.

However, I only started judging at the end of 2009.

I'm looking for someone who judged during the period of 2000 - 2007, or perhaps even before that, to read through the article and point out mistakes, especially factual errors.
