Deck Registration Sheet - Missing Names

I don't get the objections in creating a better sheet. Just like the result slips there is much room for improvement, why not do that? Because there are players who will forget regardless? Than why bother trying to improve anything?
Come on..

If someone here knows who is responsible for the official list, I've got a great group of people who I'm sure can make a better version. (This includes Josh ;) )

One of the things I really liked was the short checklist:
-Did you fill in your name?
-Did you fill in your DCI?
-Do you have at least 60 cards maindeck?
-Do you have a maximum of 15 cards sideboard?

Yes even then there was one guy who had checked all the boxes but hadn't filled in his name.. It still improved total number of errors.

{concerning result slips}
There should be a check-box for penalty's and time extension.

I agree with Kenny. Changing the whole layout to Landscape will not make the decklists worse. If you look like the limited decklists have changed at GPs over the last couple of years to prevent as much mistakes as possible, why not try the same for the constructed ones.

So I support the change to a landscape layout with a checklist like Kenny suggested.

What also I don't like about the constructed decklist is the part with “Main deck (continued) & basic lands”.

Often players are confused write their sideboard their and scratch it out and write it again on the bottom.
If a player just writes his basic lands (which are in most constructed formats are very very few) there, it confuses me during a deckcheck and during counting.

Regarding Result slips:
I would like to have the drop area changed from underscores to real checkbox that can be ticked. New players often write their result their in again. While we never drop them then, changing it to a real checkbox will most likely prevent this error and will make at clearer to new players for what it's meant.

(sorry for bumping a week-old thread)

I can't put into words how much I agree with the previous two posts.
