I attack with Purphoros, God of the Forge and four Raging Goblins. I have no other nonland permanents, which means that my devotion to red is five.

During my declare attackers step, after I declared all these five creatures as attackers, I cast Restoration Angel, and, as it resolves, I target one of the Goblins with its EtB ability. Then this triggered ability successfully resolves.

After the ability resolves, will Purphoros still be attacking, or it will be removed from combat because for a moment of time during ability resolution it stopped being a creature?

The God will no longer be attacking.

The Gods are constantly checking to see if you have enough devotion. They're not like state-based actions, which are only checked at certain points, they're constantly checking to make sure your devotion is high enough. In this case, for a brief moment, your devotion was 4, so Purphoros stopped being a creature for a brief time. Your devotion immediately returns to five when the Goblin returns, but that doesn't matter. Since Purphoros stopped being a creature for a time, it's removed from combat, and it will no longer be attacking.
