So we've encountered a WER issue recently.

When we put in a judge's name in our store into WER's judge field, it comes up with the wrong name.

this has happened twice now, for example: Our TO's name/# is 2205230216, Mark Hatayama.

One of our L1s who normally head judges, Christopher Vizzone, 5223929245, now also appears as the name: Mark Hatayama.

Has anyone else seen this problem, or found a solution?

Update:

So the name of our L1, Christopher Vizzone, has changed back. But it still has not fixed for the other judge, Zach Volgarino, 2223670509, who has a very similar number to the person who it is changing to: Jameson Biener (dci # 2223670905).

Any suggestions?

I've experienced this error before. Somehow two players were in the local players database with the same DCI number. Purge the entries and it works properly.
