It's Regular REL, so…. No. It'd be a stern talking to from me if the AP had called me immediately. I'm not gonna give NAP a Game Loss for it here either. I'd rewind, but the game state is destroyed, so I cannot. As such, I'm going to make assumptions and live with the fact that one player won't be happy. In this case, I'm gonna rule that the NAP wins, because the implied sequence of play involved casting Sign in Blood before combat.
