Access to Judge Apps for uncertified persons

It does look like L0s are allowed on this site. Is the process for letting them in stricter than for certified judges?

While not very common, from time to time we do use L0 FJs at Competitive REL. At other times, someone may wish to read about or apply to FJ a Competitive event while they have an L1 exam coming up between the application deadline and the tournament. I'd really like to be able to include them in the event on this site, for completeness. This is both for their own benefit and the benefit of the rest of the judge staff.

If they can't gain access, is it still possible for me to add them to the event somehow?

Anyone with a DCI number can create an account on Judge Apps.
Before the account is approved, the details given are double checked.

After that, they should be able to view and do the same things as a
certified L1 judge.

Kind regards,
