Judge Apps Certification

On my profile at present, I'm listed as Uncertified under Judge level. I've checked that my DCI number is correct, and the link to my Judge Center Profile has me correctly listed as a Level 1. Does anyone know how this might be corrected? I've only just discovered this after being unexpectedly rejected from MOJO Americas, which I'd been rather looking forward to, so I'd like to correct this sooner rather than later.

Any L2+ should be able to fix this up for you by visiting your JudgeApps profile and seting your level to correct number.

EDIT: I've updated your level.

Should be fixed. Level 2 (and higher), please do this for your candidates who pass!

I have this issue as well. I was listed as L1 as I should be, now it just says uncertified.

Any way to fix this?

Yes.

Send an email to the L2+ that tested you. If you get no reply, send a reminder and CC your regional coordinator. If that still doesn't help, or you need the level updated for some reason specific (like the original poster, for the MOJO), post to your regional forum.

Judges outside your region CAN update your level, but will have no insight in the specifics of your test, and why the level was not updated. Sure, in most cases, it's an oversight, but it might not be.

Also, posting in this thread reaches over 5000 people. There is no need to tell all those 5000 someone forgot to perform a clerical task, no matter how important that is to you.

Much thanks. That's everything sorted now.
