Wardscale Dragon

I just want to veryfy whether I'm correct in my thinking here as it pertains to 2HG:

1) If Wardscale Dragon attacks a team, then neither player can cast spells while it is attacking.

2) If Wardscale Dragon attacks one member of that teams planeswalker, then only that player will not be able to cast spells while it is attacking since only that player controls that planeswalker.

In two-headed giant, the entire team is the defending team. Even if you're attacking a planeswalker that one of the players controls, since the entire team is the defending team, their teammate will also be unable to cast spells as long as the Wardscale Dragon is attacking.
