Where to draw the line with courser?
per the Introduction to the IPG, we don't intervene until we see an infraction; he could still remember to reveal the card before progressing the game (i.e., before it becomes an infraction). And the opponent is likely to remind him right away, too. In those cases, no infraction, just let them carry on.
If further actions are taken, that means that decisions are being made with incomplete information; at that point, it is impacting the game state, and - despite the temptation to be nice! - it's now an infraction, and we should handle it as such.
