Transcendence and Zedruu

Transcendence
Enchantment, 3WWW (6)
You don't lose the game for having 0 or less life.

When you have 20 or more life, you lose the game.

Whenever you lose life, you gain 2 life for each 1 life you lost. (Damage dealt to you causes you to lose life.)

Zedruu the Greathearted
Legendary Creature — Minotaur Monk 2/4, 1WUR (4)
At the beginning of your upkeep, you gain X life and draw X cards, where X is the number of permanents you own that your opponents control.

{R}{W}{U}: Target opponent gains control of target permanent you control.

Player A and B both have 30 life.
Player A controls a Zedruu and he cast a Transcendence.
After Transcendence's trigger ability triggered(still on the stack),player A actives Zedruu's ability to let player B gains control of Transcendence.
The question is:Will player B's Transcendence's trigger ability triggers?

I'm not sure how 603.8 works here
603.8. Some triggered abilities trigger when a game state (such as a player controlling no permanents of a particular card type) is true, rather than triggering when an event occurs. These abilities trigger as soon as the game state matches the condition. They’ll go onto the stack at the next available opportunity. These are called state triggers. (Note that state triggers aren’t the same as state-based actions.) A state-triggered ability doesn’t trigger again until the ability has resolved, has been countered, or has otherwise left the stack. Then, if the object with the ability is still in the same zone and the game state still matches its trigger condition, the ability will trigger again.

Will it prevent player B's trigger or it doesn't work because two trigger ability is not same(different controller)?

Transcendence and Zedruu

Sad times for Player A. There is already an instance of Transcendence's state trigger on the stack, so 603.8 applies and the ability cannot trigger again until that instance of the ability leaves the stack in some way. Transcendence changing controllers does not change this, because it is still the same object.
