Over Competitive Players in a League

Most of the people who commented here are judges who run events and have
helped a lot. I was skeptic about talking about this here but I have gotten
many replies and all cover up what I wanted to ask. So thank you all for
that, and you of course.

We do have store credit, I was just using ‘packs’ as a currency because no
one here knows what a shekel is and the Europian market is very different
than our market so the ratios would have been very warped.

This is interesting, you're one of the few people who had commented as a
competitive player.
Competitive players who play standard always look ahead to win enough to
buy more cards (we sell singles) so they use the credit to buy more and win
more, which is nice.
As I have mentioned before about players who come with homebrews to
tournaments and try to win as well but winning a tier 1 deck is really hard
in standard, so some of those players gave up. They also had to deal with
the “I missed the trigger” thing and simply left.

I understand both of the sides.
Losing to a person who lost a trigger but got to use it again after
relaying on their misplay is no fun.
Yet, playing against someone who is really tense about winning and will do
a lot to do so is not fun either.

There is no perfect way to combine those people in a store, but I will use
most of what people suggested in this forum post to fix it and hopefully
make the situation easier for everyone.
