Hideaway Lands with a top card revealed ability.

If there is some effect on the battlefield that says to play with the top card revealed and I play a hideaway land when I resolve the trigger is there a point at any time during the resolution of that trigger in which my opponent will the top card before all choices are made?

I've bounced this around with a couple other people and there seems to be a point of contention with the wording of hideaway:
This permanent enters the battlefield tapped“ and ”When this permanent enters the battlefield, look at the top four cards of your library. Exile one of them face down and put the rest on the bottom of your library in any order. The exiled card gains ‘Any player who has controlled the permanent that exiled this card may look at this card in the exile zone.’

One belief is that this is an instantaneous action. You got from have 4 cards on the top of your library to having 1 card exiled face down and 3 cards put on the bottom of your library with the new top card revealed.

The other belief is since hideaway uses two specific verbs that this is a sequential action, allowing for a brief moment of time between exiling 1 and placing 3 on the bottom of your deck an opportunity for the opponent to know what the top card is (aka if the top card is not the same then they have knowledge of what the exiled card is).

Additionally, will NAP be able to see which card specifically was chosen was chosen for the hideaway choice?

Is there any clarity you can provide for this situation? I truly appreciate it.
