It's a bit late, but the congratulations are just as sincere. At GP Strasbourg we had two more judges promoted to L3, Jasper Overman and Pierre Laquerre.

Some of you have known Jasper for a while. He's been around for years, playing a huge role in the east of the Netherlands growing a healthy community. He has organised many events ranging from 8 player FNM's till 150+ player PTQs. Not just as the TO, but also while helping out other TO's who have less experience in running these kind of events.
Jasper has been a steady force on the European Grand Prix circuit for years and I suspect he will remain that for many more years to come. The only difference is that he'll be in a leading role more often.

Pierre started judging 8 years ago and quickly became an important member of the judge community in Paris. He's known today for his huge knowledge in rules, his great experience and his mentoring qualities.
He's responsible for the French translation team - the amount of documents and exams questions he has translated is much higher than any other judge.
Everyone in France and in Europe is happy to see him join the lvl3 group.
