Magus of the Moon + Humility + non-basic lands that enter tapped.

Requesting a clarification on 614.12.

Due to the way layers work a non-basic land on the field will be a mountain while both Magus of the Moon and Humility are out because the ability is removed in layer 6 after the effect of Magus in layer 4.

In the look ahead per 614.12, it says to include “continuous effects that already exist and would apply to the permanent”. Does the effect from Magus exist at that point or is it removed by Humility?

In other words, would a Vivid Meadow appear as a Mountain or a Vivid Meadow in the look ahead and enter tapped or untapped (and get counters or not) even though it will definitely be a mountain once it is actually on the field?

Afterthought, would anything get really weird if ability removing effects were applied in both layer 4 and layer 6?
Would that create a more intuitive result overall?
