There's not much that can be done at that point. Suggest to the players that they confirm they have the right opponent in the future. Leave the results as they are. If the players end up unhappy, the TO may want to issue a refund or some other compensation as an apology for the confusion. If this is in any way the judge's fault, a personal apology might be in order (can't tell what caused the problem).
