Hello!

We have new Interim RCs for USA-SW and USA-Great Lakes, they are:
- John Hornberg, replacing Angela Chandler
- Meg Baum, replacing John Temple

Angela has decided to step away for an unknown period of time, and John has stepped down entirely - and they've both named their interim RCs for the temporary replacement. There was no formal selection process in this case, so the new RC names were not published before, but starting now, they are to be treated as RCs for their respective regions.
