Hello, this actually came up in my conspiracy draft last night.

A player has drafted Agent of Acquisitions earlier in the draft and it is face up. I pick a Canal Dredger at the same time they decided to use Agent of Acquisitions' second ability. Who gets the last card from the pack they are drafting all of the cards from?

EDIT (since I can't post again): I just want to be clear that this question is about the timing of Agent of Acquisitions and Canal Dredger being picked/used at the same time.

The Agent doesn't prevent you from passing your last pick from that pack to the player with the Dredger. So the player who used the Agent will still have to pass their last card to the person with the Canal Dredger.
