Two very simple questions about them. Will they need an L2 or L1 to be sanctioned? When will TOs be able to start organizing some(what season?)?

Thanks guys :)

The original announcement said that Sanctioning would open in September. My local TO hasn't seen them yet as options in WER, so I suspect it will be soon. Obviously they will need a certified judge to be run properly. I don't believe there has been official confirmation of exactly what's needed, but I suspect it's likely to require an L2, given that you need Comp REL knowledge and experience ;)
