Is it possible to turn off forum notifications for individual forum sections, such that I still get emails for things I want to see but don't get emails for, say, the Test forum? I've only found an option for notifications for the entire forum.

If you open a forum you should see at the top a dropdown box labeled:

Your notification settings for this forum: (Default, ….)

Go to the root page of a given forum (for example for this one
http://apps.magicjudges.org/forum/77/) and to the top left of the page you
can set the forum's notifications by selecting the appropriate option on
the dropdown menu under “Your notification settings for this forum:”
