Only when a game effect causes such things should another game element take notice.
This has come up before, in the form of
Psychogenic Probe and our Looking at Extra Cards (L@EC) remedy of shuffling (the random part of) the library. At least with this Probe, it's clearer, since it states “whenever a spell or ability causes…”.
So, if we apply a remedy that includes drawing a card that should have been drawn due to an in-game effect? Then yes, Chasm Skulker should trigger. The same would be true for Molten Psyche, mostly…
The Spirit of the Labyrinth interaction is a bit situational. We'd have to consider how the Spirit's restriction would have applied at the time the card was supposed to have been drawn. And for Molten Psyche, if we're adding a card draw that should have happened on a previous turn, then we shouldn't be counting it for Molten Psyche.
