Mimeoplasm + 2 Ixidrons.

There are 2 Glory Seekers and no other creatures in play.

I play a Mimeoplasm, exiling 2 Ixidrons. Does it come into play with 2 counters or not, and why?

No. First, the Mimeoplasm replacement effect how it comes into play (as an Ixidron with 0 counters on it). Then the newly replaced Mimeoplasm comes into play, turning everything over.
