Greetings everyone,
I had hypothetic situation in my head and was wondering what is the correct ruling.
Setting: Regular REL, round x, there isn't much time left until the end of the round, game 3.
Player A starts first, mulligans to 6, his opponent keeps his seven. Player A then scries and decides to leave card on top of his library.
Game starts with Player A playing his fetch, cracking it and putting a fetchable land from the top of his library (which he decided to leave on top after scry) in the battlefield. He then skips the shuffle effect, because none of the players know the order of rest cards in the library, trying to save some time and passes the turn. Player B calls the judge and asks if this is allowed.
What is the correct ruling?
EDIT: I guess I made this topic in wrong forum. If this is the case, then please move this topic to “Regular REL” forum. Sorry
