What, if anything, can I, or should I, do about a store hosting a pre-release and running it through WER but never reporting it up.

I'd start by asking “why?” - perhaps you can help them with that, maybe they're having trouble. Or maybe they'll realize they forgot, and get it done.

Or maybe you'll end up with good reasons to contact Wizards' Customer Service, and let them handle it.

From that answer, Scott, i feel the right call is to call customer support then. This is a common trend with them. And they are not a new store nor are they inexperienced with WotC requirements.

Well technically they don't have report the event yet. They've got a week before it's delinquent.:P
