I have activated the ability of Svogthos, the Restless Tomb which says “Until end of turn, Svogthos, the Restless Tomb becomes a black and green Plant Zombie creature with ”This creature's power and toughness are each equal to the number of creature cards in your graveyard.“ It's still a land.”

After it resolves, I cast Animate Land on it which says “Until end of turn, target land becomes a 3/3 creature that's still a land.”

What will be the power and toughness of Svogthos then? 3/3 or according to its own ability?

Thanks for your question. Both Svogthos and Animate Land are applied in the same layer - layer 7b. Since they both apply in the same layer, we apply the effects in timestamp order. Since Animate Land has the later timestamp, Svogthos will be a 3/3 for the rest of the turn.
