Sylvan Library and Notion Thief

Not sure if this have being covered correct me if i am wrong about this situation

Player A have Sylvan Library on the battlefield
Player B have Notion Thief on the battlefield

What if Player A choose to use Sylvan Library ability to draw the additional 2 cards aside from the normal draw during the draw step

what will happened?

From my PoV

Under ruling of Sylvan Library the 2 card draw are considered drawn cards

Player B get to draw the 2 cards due to having Notion Thief under his control

Player A loses 4 - 8 life for each card he is unable to put back to the top of the library

Sylvan Library and Notion Thief

Player A will lose 0 or 4 life.

The sequence of events is:
1. Player A draws the normal card for his or her turn.
2. Player A chooses to use Sylvan Library.
3. Player B draws 2 cards.
4. Player must choose two cards in his or her hand drawn this turn. Because only one card in Player A's hand has been drawn this turn (the other two draws were replaced by Notion Thief), Player A must choose the card that was drawn normally (you do the maximum). Player A chooses to keep it and pay 4 life, or to put it back and lose 0.
