IPG confusion with CPV/PCV

2.3. Game Play Error— Drawing Extra Cards
Definition
A player illegally puts one or more cards into his or her hand and, at the moment before he or she began the
instruction or action that put a card into his or her hand, no other Game Play Error or Player Communication
Violation
had been committed, and the error was not the result of resolving objects on the stack in an incorrect
order. If the player received confirmation from his or her opponent before drawing the card (including confirming
the number of cards when greater than one), the infraction is not Drawing Extra Cards.

3.7. Tournament Error — Communication Policy Violation

Not sure if this had been pointed out. I'm reading the July 19th update FYI.

Edit: I hope this is the right forum :)

It had been noted, and the October MIPG update will use the correct reference in 2.3.
Thanks for pointing it out, Jeffrey.

It's also worth mentioning that MTR section 2.14 Life Totals still states that if a player notices a life total discrepancy and does not point it out as soon as he or she notices, it wil be considered a Cheating - Fraud penalty. The infraction should be Unsporting Conduct - Cheating instead.

That mistake is also scheduled to be corrected in the next MTR update. Thanks, Eric.
