Project Description
The Battlefield Forge is a blog site for tournament reports from judges all around the world.
The blog address is - http://blogs.magicjudges.org/reports/
We are a new team taking over the blog site and we are eager to have some new reports to liven up the blog again.
Note that we are interested in tournament reports of all sorts, not just REL Competitive, so send those reports in!
Interested? Great!
Submission Guidelines
A good tournament report should include:
- Date
- Location
- Type of tournament (GP, PTQ, FNM, etc)
- Number of players and number of judges
- A photo or two (or more!) (if possible)
- Issues that popped up and how you dealt with them (if any)
- Interesting rulings or scenarios that you give the reader a chance to think about what would they do before telling us what you did
- Suggestions on how to improve the reader's future tournament experiences based on your experience in this tournament
- Less is More. There's no need to include every routine detail of the event, focus on the guidelines
If you would like to submit a report for this blog, please send your report and pictures to battlefieldforgereports@gmail.com.
Please contact QJ Wong or Ron Thompson if you have any questions!
